A Special Holiday Message 2016

Dear Clients, Colleagues and Friends,

As 2016 draws to a close, ACI Specialty Benefits is deeply grateful for the partnership that has brought about tremendous innovation, growth and inspiration this year. Thanks to you, ACI’s Top Ten EAP has grown to cover an additional two million lives worldwide and counting, Leverage Concierge is officially the fastest growing corporate concierge solution with a hugely popular errand running program, and ACI continues to be on the forefront of benefits technology with artificial intelligence, voice-activation, and even drone research. The connection with customers is what makes such growth and innovation possible, and ACI is excited and inspired to make 2017 even greater.

Each year, it is incredibly powerful and humbling to be in a position to help in difficult times, and 2016 was no exception. When nearly 200 client families lost everything in the Louisiana flooding, ACI responded with same-day assistance and emergency resources. ACI was also on the ground within 24 hours supporting Dallas shooting victims’ families, and helping families rebuild after the San Bernardino wildfires. As your partner through it all, ACI could not be more proud of the strength, resilience and courage demonstrated in the face of challenging situations.

On that note, ACI reminds customers far and wide, that behind every phone call, text, chat and email request is a real person, ready to listen and ready to help. ACI is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of all who reach out for services, and happily extends benefits to all family members. Whatever the challenge or concern, ACI always has a solution and will provide personalized support and exceptional care to help employees and families thrive in all areas of life.

One thing I know for sure as a CEO and grandmother is that the work is never done. Having recently founded the International Chair Yoga Association (ICYA) with a mission to make yoga accessible for all, I am in awe of the ability for humans to persevere, reach new goals and transform at any age. ACI encourages everyone to make the most of this time to connect with loved ones, reach out to support each other, and be open to the limitless possibilities of life. Together, we can always make great things happen.
