Employee of the Quarter: Yve Fontilea

Yve Fontilea has been named ACI Specialty Benefits’ Employee of the Quarter. As one of ACI’s Corporate Relations Account Managers, Yve is on the front lines with clients on a daily basis, driving partnership, top-notch service and customer satisfaction.

“Fontilea has been a key contributor in solidifying ACI’s relationship with its largest channel partner, Reliance Standard,” says Senior Vice President of Client Partnerships Gil Manzano. “She has been a huge asset to ACI and the corporate relations team in managing the RSL account.”

“As the lead Account Manager for the Reliance Standard clients during the first year of service, Fontilea exhibited professionalism, flexibility and superb customer service skills resulting in countless accolades from clients and partners alike,” says Senior Vice President of Client Services Karina Di Stasio. “She is known for her engaging, concise webinar orientations and is one of our most effective trainers when new members join the team.”

Outside of work, Fontilea travels frequently with her Australian husband, Darren, and spends time hiking, cooking and photographing her adventures. She also enjoys watching the latest movies in theater, playing Skee Ball and cheering on the Golden State Warriors.
