Carole Stafford has been named ACI Specialty Benefits’ Employee of the Quarter! Stafford joined the ACI family in 2014, bringing her experience in customer service, administrative assistance and executive assistance to the company. In her role as Lead Admin, Stafford oversees intake, training and provider relations. She is known for strong communication within her team and with other departments, and her passion for making sure each client’s need is met. Stafford is instrumental in training new members of the administrative team and can be counted on for her knowledge of ACI programs and for providing exceptional service.
Outside of work, Stafford enjoys running, baking, scrapbooking and spending time with her kids and family.
