ACI Specialty Benefits Senior Vice President of Client Partnerships Gilbert Manzano was honored as a Stevie Award winner in the Human Resources Executive of the Year category of The Stevie Awards’ American Business Awards.
Manzano has been a part of the ACI family for over 10 years and continues to amaze and redefine human resources as a revenue-generating department. He oversees multiple aspects of ACI’s programs, but his largest role is critical incident response, leading a team that has managed responses to over 330 crises in 2017, from natural disasters to man-made tragedies. He also manages a large network of training facilitators across the nation to support ACI’s training and development programs.
