As a member of the Intake Specialist team, Brenda has always exhibited professionalism, positivity and wonderful customer service skills. Her care and empathy shines through both her work and her interactions with her fellow ACI colleagues. Brenda has really stepped up to the plate as an Intake Specialist, with her reliability and willingness to be available to new members of the Intake Team, while serving as a great example for veteran Intake Specialists.
