COVID-19 Update from ACI Specialty Benefits

With the ongoing developments in the COVID-19 pandemic, ACI Specialty Benefits wants to assure all clients, employees, colleagues and partners that ACI’s operations are fully up and running. ACI’s technology team has enabled remote work, and services are available without disruption. ACI will continue to update clients on any potential changes as information and government guidelines unfold.

In an effort to support clients in addressing mental health, well-being and safety for their workforce, ACI has created a new COVID-19 webpage with helpful resources and information for leadership, employees and family members. This page will continually be updated with new videos and support resources as they become available.

When facing uncertain times, feelings of stress and anxiety will undoubtedly be running high. ACI has created a brief video to share with your workforce on how to manage stress and anxiety due to coronavirus concerns. Also, ACI’s EAP video chat sessions with licensed mental health clinicians provide convenient access to care during this time of social distancing.
