4 Easy Ways to De-Stress from Your Desk

Meditation is a practice that encourages drawing awareness to the present moment without judgment. Soothing Visions – Practice visual meditation using the computer to rotate between soothing wallpaper images. Choose calming images like waterfalls, sunrises, mountains, and forests.

Relaxing Music – Take a 10-minute break to listen to soft instrumental music that induces a calm state of awareness.
