  6. Give It Up – Giving up a source of enjoyment – such as your favorite food or drink – for a week, can help you rediscover the initial joy of it.
  7. Guilt Free – Deliberately spending a few minutes cultivating good feelings towards yourself can boost happiness and willpower.
