ACI Joins Southern California Hospital for Health Fair

Utilizing Employee Benefits is often akin to learning a new language–the more they’re used, the better the results.  So, in order to help clients get the most out of their benefits, ACI joined a local Southern California hospital and helped kick off the informative October Fest Health and Benefits Fair to help over 2000 hospital workers get the most out of their employee benefits program.

ACI’s Monica Saare at the October Fest Health FairAt the event clients were able to explore the many benefits offered by their employer, find out the details on how each one worked for them, and offer any feedback they might have for some of the benefits they may have already used.  Monica Saare, ACI Concierge Department Manager, and Intake Specialist Julio Martinez served as mentors and resources for clients inquiring about ACI’s EAP benefit.

“The event was a huge success,” exclaims Saare, “we not only informed a number of clients about the many legal, financial, counseling, and other EAP benefits available to them, but we were also able to get some great feedback from clients who have already utilized our services as well.”

ACI’s Julio Martinez facilitating the October Fest Health FairOne of those clients was a Spanish-speaking hospital employee who had recently become depressed.  After seeing a brochure about ACI’s EAP services, he immediately reached out the the ACI clinical team.  Here, he said he was able to receive quick, helpful advice and has been happy with the results of his counseling.  The client also enjoyed connecting with ACI’s Julio Martinez at the event, and gave positive feedback on the informative presentation of the EAP benefits offered by ACI.
