ACI Unveils New Veteran Assistance Module to Clients

San Diego, CA/November 2, 2012—ACI Specialty Benefits celebrates Veterans Day with the release of a new Veteran Module as part of its Top-Ten EAP and SOAR student assistance programs.

“In response to an influx in requests for veteran assistance and military-specific services, ACI has created a new Veteran Module that gives veterans and military family members the special attention they deserve at every level of service,” says ACI Specialty Benefits CEO, Dr. Ann Clark.  “From finding help for PTSD to locating the perfect job for a returning veteran’s specific interests, ACI will be offering this value-added component to ACI customers.”

Through the new Veteran Module, ACI’s EAP and student assistance program will identify veterans and military service members at the intake process and offer clinical services and life management resources tailored to their specific needs.  ACI’s veteran-specific services include access to clinicians specialized in PTSD, reintegration, family issues and other military-specific concerns; career and education referrals and resources; comprehensive referrals for community-based resources that provide low-cost to free assistance with housing, education, child care, medical needs, transportation and many other life needs.

ACI will share support videos on YouTube and use social media platforms to drive awareness and utilization of veteran assistance services.  ACI’s Veteran Module also provides training, consultation, outreach materials and data analysis to its client businesses and schools.
