Colleen Shuster, Client Relations Administrator

“I come from a big military family. My father served in the Marine Corps during Vietnam and my younger sister served five years in the Navy working on aircraft carriers.

I served five years with the United States Marine Corps from 2003-2008. I joined right after high school (and after 9/11) as a Field Radio Operator. I was one of the first women to serve in an Amphibious Assault Combat Action Unit, completing three combat tours to Iraq. While serving in Iraq, I earned a Purple Heart Medal for sustaining injuries in combat during the battle of Fallujah. I’ve also earned two Naval Achievement awards with combat stars and a Combat Action Ribbon. Near the end of my service, I worked as a weapons and hand-to-hand combat instructor, training closely with allying countries in the Middle East to improve combat readiness. I was meritoriously promoted in rank twice while serving, and was finally honorably discharged as a Sergeant (E5) in 2008.”

ACI could not be prouder of Colleen’s history of service, as well as her continued commitment to serve others as a Client Relations Administrator. Colleen plays a key role in meeting ACI’s client needs, nurturing relationships and delivering passionate, above and beyond service. Thank you Colleen!
