Dr. Clark’s Holiday Message 2015

Dear Clients, Colleagues and Friends,

Happy Holidays! To ACI Specialty Benefits’ family, friends, customers and partners, thank you for an incredible year of partnership and innovation. Your loyalty, trust and confidence in ACI have led to over 30 years of excellence, and ACI is committed to providing continued support and services at the highest level.

2015 was a year of rapid growth for the company. Leverage Concierge, the fastest growing division of ACI, acquired dock3, a concierge services provider, to strengthen ACI’s position as a leader in global corporate concierge services. ACI also acquired Vie Wellness, a wellness consulting company, to enhance ACI’s corporate wellness expertise. I am excited about ACI’s increased ability to address the needs of a changing workforce and meet increased demand for specialized benefits.

ACI also introduced a new product, MacroLife, a comprehensive, gamified benefits solution. MacroLife is a customized engagement platform that combines technology, service and real-time rewards to simplify benefits administration, support company goals, and empower employees.

ACI continues to be recognized as an industry leader. This year, ACI earned a Seal of Distinction from the Association of Work Life Progress, and was again featured in Workforce Magazine’s EAP Hotlist. ACI was also named a San Diego Business Journal Healthiest Company finalist, and I was honored as Most Admired CEO by the same publication.

ACI’s outlook for 2016 is truly global. With 16 years of international service experience and a provider network supporting 130 countries and 175 different languages, ACI is excited to continue expanding horizons and supporting companies across the nation and around the world. In conjunction with this mission, my soon-to-be released book Cultural Crossroads is a step-by-step guide for expatriate employees.

I am also incredibly excited to share my newest endeavor. A lifelong practitioner of yoga, I recently founded ICYA, the International Chair Yoga Association, to bring the benefits of yoga to people of all abilities, all over the world.
