Most fruits and vegetables are packed with not only nutrients, but water as well, which can help you get those 64 ounces a day. When you eat your water you stay more hydrated because you are also consuming nutrients that help maintain the electrolyte levels in your body as well as keeping you hydrated longer. Check out these common fruits and veggies:

Celery: Water content: 95.4%

Tomatoes: Water content: 94.5%

Watermelon: Water content: 91.5%

Grapefruit: Water content: 90.5%

Not only are these foods high in water content, but they are also low in calories and sugar so they can help your waistline as well. This summer try to combine these with your meals and feel the hydration!
