The CORE Wellness focus for May is physical fitness! Tune in each week for a new health and wellness tip to shape up for summer.

Tip 1: Break exercise up – Experts recommend exercising 150 minutes each week, or 30 minutes on at least five days. Instead of doing it all at once, break exercise into smaller, 10-minute chunks of time throughout the day. Do jumping jacks, push-ups and sit-ups first thing in the morning, go for a walk around the block during lunch or walk up and down the stairs while on a phone call.
