Small Steps Add Up to Big Rewards

Take steps to prevent diabetes by setting small goals and tracking progress as part of a diabetes prevention game plan!

  • Add one or two healthy changes each week.
  • Make sure that these changes are specific, measurable and achievable.
  • Keep a daily log of food and drink intake as well as a physical activity record to stay focused and monitor progress.
  • As weight loss begins to occur, reflect on the progress made, allowing it to be a motivator to stay on track.
