Feeling thirsty?  Avoid overloading on soda and coffee by reaching for water instead. Here are some of the benefits of getting your daily water intake:

  • Increases energy and concentration
  • Aids in digestion and removal of toxins
  • Protects body organs and tissues

Being dehydrated can trick you into feeling hungry.  Here are a few tips to help you stay hydrated and help curb those hunger pangs:

  • Drink a glass of water before or after each meal
  • Keep a bottle handy for your daily commute
  • Set a timer to remind yourself to drink water at work
