Summer on a Stick: Fresh Fruit Popsicles

This summer, enjoy a healthy, refreshing treat by making your own fresh fruit popsicles! Simply use your favorite juice and fruit and follow the directions below:

Procedure

  1. Use plastic popsicle molds or plastic cups with popsicle sticks. If using plastic cups, insert the popsicle stick in halfway through freezing so they stand up.
  2. Fill the containers with your choice of fresh fruit.
  3. Pour your favorite juice or yogurt over the fruit.
  4. Place in the freezer and let freeze overnight. Enjoy!
