Veteran Connection: VA Employee Education Benefits

Employee Education System (EES)

The Employee Education System serves as the organization dedicated to providing our health professionals with new learning opportunities through our nationwide Employee Education Resource Centers (EERCs). These centers provide VA professionals with the most up-to-date resources, a collaborative environment and necessary training.

Accessibility: VA Online Learning

If you’re not near an EERC, that doesn’t mean that development takes a pause. VA’s educational resources can be accessed online 24/7, giving our employees an added level of convenience. With more than 1,500 e-learning courses, VA Learning Online (VALO) puts growth just a click away for our employees.

College and Universities

Through local colleges and universities, VA employees get direct access to general and specialized coursework. VA offers an array of repayment and reimbursement plans to ensure our employees get the education they need without the burden of cost.
