ACI employees take pride in the work they do in and out of the office to help others each and every day. From food banks and 5Ks to toy drives and veteran fairs, ACI employees give back through a wide range of community service, volunteer and charitable giving activities. Dr. Ann D. Clark is the founder of the International Chair Yoga Association (ICYA) whose mission is to make yoga accessible for all. Dr. Clark teaches free chair yoga classes at the Del Mar Library each week and sponsors onsite yoga classes at ACI’s San Diego headquarters.

Thomas Kellerhouse has been a volunteer at The Barking Lot since 2014, where he takes rescue dogs on walks and hikes. As an avid triathlete and certified triathlon coach, he has raised money for the Challenged Athletes Foundation in their annual Triathlon Challenge and for the Semper Fi Fund in the Marine Corps Marathon.

Bryan Levy is very active in the San Diego community. He has volunteered as a peer facilitator for Men’s Coming Out Group at the San Diego LGBT Community Center since 2004, attends and donates at annual Dining Out For Life San Diego events, and volunteers at Brookdale, a senior living community.

Colleen Shuster worked with fellow veterans to found San Diego Women Veterans Network, a nonprofit organization that empowers women veterans, connects them to resources, advocates for policy change and creates a thriving community. She also volunteers with Veterans Village of San Diego and Wounded Warrior Project.

Rick Kligman is an avid cyclist and participates in multiple rides in support of local organizations. He has completed the San Diego Gran Fondo benefiting Challenged Athletes Foundation (CAF), Bike the Bay benefiting San Diego Bike Coalition and Ride the Point benefiting pancreatic cancer research.
