We collect information from you when you access your Employee Assistance Program Benefit(s) and/or Student Assistance Program Benefit(s).

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, phone number or basic intake information to identify relationship to employee and/or student that carries benefit through their employer and/or school. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
