Step 2:
Upload these documents and a copy of your current malpractice insurance and license.

    NOTE: All documents must be submitted in order for verification and addition to panel. Please maintain a copy of these documents for your records. Upon receiving your information, it will be entered in ACI’s EAP database and you may receive referrals from ACI.         About ACI’s Training Programs:
        ACI training offerings are generally one hour Live ‘n Learn seminars: about 45 minutes for the presentation and 10-15 minutes for a Q&A session. These sessions are scheduled during times that are convenient for our clients.

        ACI offers topics under the categories Management, Stress, Communication and Health and Wellness. Some examples of the training titles are Effectively Communicating in the Workplace, Managing Organizational Change and Team Building.

        Training professionals, trainers by trade, and members of ATD (Association for Talent Development fka the American Society for Training & Development) and SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) are encouraged to apply.
