As someone who loves people, Monica has found her niche as ACI’s Concierge Manager. Monica oversees operations and account management for ACI’s Leverage Concierge program, customizing program offerings to ensure a perfect fit for clients around the world and across the nation. Leverage clients enjoy the full spectrum of corporate concierge services, including on-site massage, dry cleaning, car wash events and meal delivery, as well as discounted entertainment tickets, travel planning, pet care services, flower and gift delivery, and everything in between. Monica’s creative vision and passion for entertaining have led to wildly successful events and a continuous stream of positive client feedback

With a degree in Industrial-Organization Psychology from Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego, Monica is highly skilled at fulfilling the needs of individuals within an organization. Her background and work experience has provided her with an exceptional ability to understand each client’s unique corporate culture, and deliver successful benefit programs and services that enhance workplace performance and employee satisfaction.

Monica is a regular at ACI’s CORE Yoga Center and is passionate about being outdoors. From trout fishing in the eastern Sierras, to catching a zip line through a forest canopy, Monica is an energetic and adventurous soul with a kinetic and contagious personality. Monica brings passion and energy to ACI’s Leverage Concierge, and plays an integral role in ACI’s continued growth and success.
