Mother’s Day at ACI

For the week before Mother’s Day, the ACI team shared their own “Mom” stories:

Laura McDermott, Media Relations Manager:

“Throwback pic of my ‘mom-mom’ in the 80s, working for operation reassurance. She would call senior citizens to check in and see if they were OK in the Elkins Park, PA area.  Sounds a lot like ACI’s elder care resources!”

Kat Mullis, Corporate Relations Account Manager:

“I went home to my parents’ house in Walnut, CA for Easter, and my mom had found old pictures of her.  I wanted to share my favorite one.  My mom was in her early 20s and had great style.  It’s hard to choose one great story about her from all of them.  But one thing I can definitely say is that she is the reason why I am who I am today.  She has taught me to be a strong woman, to follow my heart and to be open-minded in everything in life.”

Jessica Gioiosa, Concierge Specialist:

“Photographed here is my mother Dawn and I shopping in San Francisco’s Union Square.  We love to shop together and are always using the RetailMeNot app on our shopping trips! My mother is such an amazing woman, she is a breast cancer survivor and we have been through so much as a family. I am grateful for every day I spend with her.”

Keri Downs, Wellness Specialist:

“Here is a pic of me, my mommy and my daddy ice skating this past winter – a Downs Family Christmas Eve tradition that my mom started!”

Dr. Ann Clark, CEO and Founder:

“The best Mother’s Day I ever had was when my twin grandchildren were born.”
