The Latest in Paperless Benefits Communication

With a growing demand for simplified, paperless, and easily accessible benefit services, ACI Specialty Benefits has created customized virtual folders and landing pages for its employee assistance, wellness, student assistance and concierge clients.

“With ACI’s new virtual folders and landing pages, clients can now access benefits services any time, from any place, using their smartphones and personal computers,” says ACI Specialty Benefits CEO Dr. Ann Clark. “ACI is always looking for ways to utilize emerging technologies to remove barriers of benefits communication and accessibility, and deliver more streamlined service.”

The virtual folder is a live link that provides management with all pertinent benefit-related information and resources at their fingertips. The virtual folder contains essential forms and materials for orientations, trainings, supervisory referrals, marketing and other human resource support services. ACI’s customized landing pages are also live links providing employees with 24/7 access to benefits information and services.

“With the ability to provide real-time updates, I expect ACI’s virtual folder and landing pages to replace intranet pages and paper materials as the prominent, and most effective method of benefits communication,” adds Erin Krehbiel, ACI’s Senior Vice President of Marketing and Product Development.

The new landing pages will enhance utilization reporting, as ACI can now track the number of employees who visit the sites to access benefits. ACI plans to update virtual links and landing pages on a regular basis with fresh content to prevent misinformation and delays in communication.
