Post-Thanksgiving Cleanse Green Smoothie
Still stuffed from the long Thanksgiving weekend? Reset with a cleansing green smoothie filled with nutritious fruits and vegetables.
Green Smoothie
1/2 cup kale (or other dark leafy greens)
1 1/2 cups fruits (mango, peach, pineapple, banana – light colored fruits will ensure the smoothie stays green)
1/4 cup milk or yogurt
Add coconut water or filtered water and blend to desired consistency. Enjoy!
